IN RE-APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN OF THE PERSON OF

ANNA MARIE LAFFERTY

PETITION FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A GUARDIAN FOR THE PERSON OF MINORS

OVER AND UNDER THE AGE OF FOURTEEN YEARS.

To the Honorable, the Judges of the Orphan's Court of Allegheny County, State of Pennsylvania:

The petition of AUGUST C. COLLIN, uncle and next friend of the above-named minor, respectfully represents:

That ANNA MARIE LAFFERTY, who was born Nov. 15, 1919, is 18 years of age, is the child of JOHN FRANCIS LAFFERTY and ANNA LAFFERTY late of the County, deceased, whereabouts of father unknown and has no guardian for her person;

That the minor resides at 2306 Saranac Street, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

with MISS BYRL ROEGER;

That AUGUST C. COLLIN, uncle, whose present address is 2343 Saranac St. Pittsburgh, Pa.

As guardian for the person of said minor;

The petitioner therefore prays the Court to appoint some fit person as guardian, and he will ever pray.

COLLIN as her guardian, and upon consideration thereof AUGUST C. COLLIN is appointed guardian of the person of said minor, as prayed for.
