CATHARINE M'COOL
Pittsburgh,
Oct. 13 On Saturday evening last, Catharine M'Cool, wife of John M'Cool, of
Pittsburgh, died. The arrangements made by her husband, for her sudden
interment, and other circumstances, led to a suspicion that she had come

inquest held on the body of the deceased. After an examination of the body, and
of the treatment of the deceased had received of her husband - the reported,
that she had come to her death in consequence of repeated and continued ill
treatment and starvation, and of blows at different times inflicted on her by
her husband, John M'Cool. The Prisoner has been arrested and is now in the jail
