Pounds 19.0.6. There is a handwritten note on a notice of inventory which states that William's estate was probated in York County PA.

p.108 George McCord will written 27 February 1763 proved 4 March 1763 Wife Ann [Children's names not given] Brothers now living

WILL OF ALEXANDER KELLY

Dated 28 February 1812, Proven

In the name of God Amen I Alexander Kelly of the Township of Toboine County of Cumberland State of Pennsylvania being weak in body but of sound mind and memory and understanding blessed be God for the same but considering the uncertainty of this transitory life do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following viz principally and first of all I command my immortal soul to God who gave it and my body to the earth to be buried in a decent and Christian manner at the discretion of my executors hereinafter named and unto such worldly estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me in this life after my just debt and funeral expenses are all paid I given and dispose of the same in the following manner viz first I order that my executors shall collect my outstanding debts and make sale of my property as soon as convenient after my decease and discharge my lawful debts and it is my will that the amount of my Estate in money be equally divided between the following persons except what I shall hereafter bequeath to Mary Gallaspey it is my will my estate be equally divided aforesaid between my sister Jennet Brown and Thomas Brown her son and Margaret Rodgers and Thomas Rogers her son and Jean Hammaker and John Ross my sister Mary's son except one hundred dollars in cash which I will and bequeath unto Mary Gallaspey Before any division takes place I also will and desire unto Mary Gallaspey my brown mare and my silver watch the above mentioned heirs to receive an equal share in cash off my executors Lastly I nominate constitute and appoint William Anderson Esqr and James Johnston to be my Executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other legacies and bequests by me heretofore and declaring this and none other to be my last will and testament In Witness whereof I have this twenty eight day of February one thousand eight hundred and twelve set my hand and seal and pronounced and declared this to be my last will and testament.
