This Indenture, Made the First day of November in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and seventy three Between Lucius A. Marchand and his wife Minerva, of Jefferson Township, Fayette County, State of Pennsylvania of the first part & David Bowdler of the County of Washington same state of the second part, Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred nineteen Dollars and fifty cts. lawful money of the United States of America, unto them well and truly paid by the said party of the second part, at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, align, enfeoff, release, convey and confirm, unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, All that tract or parcel of land lying in Jefferson Township Fayette County State of Pennsylvania and known as lot No thirty two in him the plan of lots laid out on the farm of the above named Lucius A. Marchand said lot described as follows, Beginning at a stake at the Corner of lot No. thirty one on Morgan Street then along said Street North 54 degrees West fifty feet to a stake at the corner of lot No. thirty three then by line of lots No 33 one hundred and twenty five feet to Blackberry alley being the same width from street to alley. For further description of said lot see plan of lots recorded in the office for recording Deeds for the County of Fayette. For title of Lucius A. Marchand see record of Orphans Court for County of Fayette March Term No 61, one thousand eight hundred and sixty nine.
Together with all and singular the improvements, ways, waters, water courses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and the reversions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; and all the estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever of the said part of the first part, in law equity or otherwise howsoever, of, in and to the same and every part, thereof, To Have and to Hold the said hereditaments and premises hereby granted, or mentioned, and intended so to be, with the appurtenances, unto the said part of the second part, heirs and assigns, to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said part of the second part, heirs and assigns, Forever.
And the said part of the first part for heirs, executors and administrators, by these presents covenant, grant and agree, to and with the said part of the second part, heirs and assigns, that the said part of the first part heirs, all and singular the hereditaments and premises herein above described and granted, or mentioned and intended so to be, with the appurtenances, unto the said part of the second part heirs and assigns, against the said part of the first part, and heirs, and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof, Shall and will Warrant and Forever Defend.

Marchand and Minerva his wife and acknowledged the above Indenture to be their act and deed, and desired the same to be recorded as such. She, the said Minerva being of full age, and by me examined separate and apart from her said husband, and the contents of the said Indenture being first made fully known to her, declared that she did of her own free will and accord sign and seal and as her act and deed, deliver the same without coercion or compulsion of her said husband. This Indenture, Made the Eighteenth day of March in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and eighty, Between Lucius A. Marchand of Jefferson Township, County of Fayette and State of Pennsylvania and Manerva his wife parties of the first part, and David Bowdler County and State aforesaid, party of the second part, Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part, four and in consideration of the sum of One hundred Dollars lawful money of the United States of America, well and truly paid by the party of the second part, at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released and conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargained, sell, align, enfeoff, release, convey and confirmed, unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, All the following described lot of ground situated in the town of Marchand bounded and described as follows, lots number thirty three 33, beginning at a post corner of lot number thirty two (32), thence along line of Morgan Street fifty (50) feet to a post corner of lot number thirty four (34) thence with line to the said lot No. 34 one hundred twenty five (125) feet to Blackberry Alley thence along line of said Alley fifty (50) feet to a post corner of Lot number thirty two 32, thence with line of said lot No. 32 thirty two, one hundred twenty five (125) feet to place of beginning. Containing six thousand two hundred fifty square feet. In regard to the title see the proceedings of March Term of the Orphans Court 1869, also the plot of said town as laid out by the said Lucius A. Marchand.
Together with all and singular the Lot improvements, ways, waters, water courses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging, or in any-wise appertaining, and the reversions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; and all the estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever of the said parties of the first part, in law, equity or otherwise, howsoever of, in and to the same and every part, thereof, To Have and to Hold the said Lot hereditaments and premises hereby granted, or mentioned and intended so to be, with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, Forever.

This Indenture, Made the fourteenth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty two Between FRANCIS MARION BROWNFIELD and NANCY his wife of South Union Township County of Fayette and State of Pennsylvania parties of the first part and MARY ELLEN PRICE of the same place party of the second part, Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty Dollars lawful money of the United States of America, unto them well and truly paid by the said party of the second part, at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, align, enfeoff, release, convey and confirm, unto the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns, All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situate in South Union Township County of Fayette and State of Pennsylvania Bounded and described as follows viz. This Indenture, Made the Nineteenth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty five, Between David Bowdler and Ellen his wife of Marchand, Fayette County Pennsylvania parties of the first part and Eli D. Abrams of Brownsville, County and State aforesaid party of the second part, Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred Dollars lawful money of the United States of America, unto them well and truly paid by the said party of the second part, at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged. Have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents Doth grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, release, conveyed and confirm unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, forever. All the following described property, viz: That certain parcel or lot of ground Situate in the town of Marchand in Jefferson Township Fayette County Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit: fronting one hundred feet more or less on the South side of Morgan Street and one hundred feet more or less on Seconds Street, and one hundred feet more or less on Water Street, being fractional lots number 47 and 48 as shown on plot of said town by Gibson Binns dated September 1883, being the same lots conveyed by Lucius A. Marchand and Minerva his wife to David Bowdler on the 14th day of June 1883.

This Indenture, Made the twenty second day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred eighty five Between Thomas Hollowood and Pamela Hollowood his wife of West Brownsville, County of Washington State of Pennsylvania of the first part, and David Bowdler of Marchandsville Fayette County State aforesaid of the second part, Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred fifty Dollars ($150) lawful money of the United States of America, unto them well and truly paid by the said party of the second part at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, align, enfeoff, released, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, forever. All the following described property viz: A lot of piece of ground lying and being in the village of Marchandsville in Jefferson Township Fayette County State of Pennsylvania, known as lot No. 31 in the plan of Lot's laid out on the farm of Lucius A. Marchand - said Lot described as follows viz: Beginning at a state at the corner of Fifth and Morgan Streets, and running fifty (50) feet along Morgan Street to a stake at the corner of lot no 32, thence by line of lot No. 32 one hundred and twenty five (125) feet to Blackberry alley, being the same width from street to alley, namely fifty (50) feet, being the same lot sold and conveyed by Lucius A. Marchand to Thos Hollowood party thereto, on the 7th day of November 1873. Recorded in the office for recording Deeds at Uniontown, Fayette County Pennsylvania on the 10th day of July 1884, in Deed Book 100 page 339.

This Indenture made the 31st day of January in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and eighty two, Between Louis S. Miller and Mary A. Miller his wife of Jefferson Township Fayette County Pennsylvania of the first part and David Bowdler of same Township, County and State of the other part Witness that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of One thousand Dollars lawful money of the United States of America to them in hand paid by the said party of the first part at and before this sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged Have remise, released and quit claimed, and by these presents Do remise, release, quit-claim unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever. All the rights to the stone coal underlying the land of Lucius A. Marchand to-gether with the rights of mining and removing the same. Also the right of Tipple Shantie and riverfrontage as conveyed in Deed of conveyance Dated the 30th day of September A. D. 1878 by Lucius A. Marchand and Minerva his wife to Louis S. Miller (party hereto) and recorded in the off us for the recording of Deeds in Fayette County Pa in Deeds Book Vol 37 page 162 as by reference thereto will more fully and at large appear.
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and the revisions, remainders, rents, blank and profits thereof. And also all the estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity, of the said parties of the first part, of, in or to the above described premises, and every part and parcel thereof, with the appurtenances. To have and to Hold, all and singular, the above mentioned and described premises together with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever. Miller and acknowledged the within and foregoing Indenture to be their act and deed the said Louis S. Miller and Mary A. This Indenture, Made the fourteenth (14) day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty three, Between Lucius A. Marchand and Minerva his wife of Jefferson Township Fayette County Pennsylvania of the first part and David Bowdler of the township, County and State aforesaid of the second part.
Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of sixty Dollars lawful money of the United States of America unto them a well and truly paid by the said party of the second part, at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargained, sell, align, enfeoffed, release, convey and confirm, unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, all the following described lot or piece of ground situate and the town of Marchand Jefferson Township Fayette County, Pennsylvania bounded and described as follows to wit fronting 100 feet more or less on south side of Morgan Street and one hundred feet more or less on second Street and one hundred feet more or less on Water Street being fractional lots Nos 47 and 48 as shown on plot of said town by Gibson Binns dated Sept 1883
Together with all and singular the said property improvements, ways, waters, water courses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments, and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and the reversions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; and all the estate, right, title, interest, property, claim, and demand whatsoever of the said parties of the first part, in law equity or otherwise howsoever, of, in and to the same and every part thereof, To Have and to Hold said described fractional lots Nos 47 & 48 hereditaments and premises hereby granted and mentioned and intended so to be with, the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, Forever.
And Lucius A. Marchand and Minerva his wife the said parties of the first part for themselves their heirs, executors and administrators, by these presents covenant, grant and agree to and with the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns, that they the said parties of the first part and their heirs, all and singular the hereditaments and premises herein above described and granted, or mentioned, and intended so to be, with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, against them the said parties of the first part, and their heirs and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof, Shall and will Warrant and Forever Defend.

This Indenture, Made the First day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty six Between Lucius Marchand of Jefferson Township Fayette County Pennsylvania and Minerva his wife of the first part and David Bowdler of the same Township of the second part, Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of four hundred lawful money of the United States of America, unto them well and truly paid by the said part of the second part, at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, aligned, enfeoff, release, convey and confirm unto the said part of the second part, his heirs and assigns, forever. All the following property viz: Lots numbers 111 -- 112 -- 113 -- 114 and 115 situate in the Town of Marchand Jefferson Township Fayette County Pennsylvania, as shown on plat of said Town maid in Sept 1873 by Gibson Binns, Said lots are bounded on the East by Fifth (5th St) and on the west by Fourth Street, on the North by long street, and on the South by Plumb alley. Said lots are fifty feet wide by one hundred twenty five feet deep, and the whole has a frontage on Long Street of two hundred fifty feet and on Fourth & Fifth Streets of one hundred twenty five feet to Plumb alley.

Marchand and Minerva his wife of Jefferson Township, County of Fayette, State of Pennsylvania, of the first part, and David Bowdler of the County Washington same state, of the second part, Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred thirty Dollars lawful money of the United States of America unto them well and truly paid by the said party of the second part at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargained, sell, align, enfeoff, released, convey and confirm, and unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, All that lot or parcel of land lying in Jefferson Township Fayette County State of Pennsylvania Known as lots no. nineteen and no. twenty in the plan of lots laid out on the farm of the above named Lucius A.
