Received October the 13th 1807 of MICHAEL and ADAM FRITCHMAN Executors of the last will and testament of ADAM FRICHMAN deceased the sum of thirty pounds in full of a legacy left to me by the said ADAM FRITCHMAN deceased in his said last will and testament dated the fifth day of June in the year One thousand seven hundred and eighty seven and I do hereby forever acquit and discharge the said MICHAEL and ADAM FRITCHMAN of the aforesaid legacy and every part thereof. Know all men by these presents that we WILLIAM BECK of Hempfield Township in the County of Westmoreland and State of Pennsylvania and MARY his wife one of the sisters of MICHAEL FRITCHMAN late of Westmoreland County deceased being heirs at law of the said MICHAEL FRITCHMAN deceased for and in consideration of the sum of one thousand seven hundred and thirteen dollars and fifty seven cents and three fourths the amount of share of in and to all the Real Estate of the said MICHAEL FRITCHMAN deceased and the further sum of two hundred and forty seven dollars and twelve cents the amount of one share of in and to all the personal estate of the said MICHAEL FRITCHMAN deceased lawful money of the United States to us in hand paid by ADAM FRITCHMAN one of the brothers of the said MICHAEL FRITCHMAN deceased the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge and the said ADAM FRITCHMAN from the further payment thereof forever to quit and discharge have revised released and forever quit claim and by these presents do revise release and forever quit claim unto the said ADAM FRITCHMAN and to his heirs and assigns all and singular our right title interest claim and demand of in and to all the Real and personal Estate whatsoever the said MICHAEL FRITCHMAN died seized which real estate was granted to the said ADAM FRITCHMAN by the Orphans Court of Westmoreland County as will appear of Record to have and to hold the same to the said ADAM FRITCHMAN his heirs and assigns forever in Testimony whereof we the said WILLIAM BECK and MARY BECK his wife hereunto set our hands and seals this ninth day of March in the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and nineteen. Know all men by these presents that I JOHN BURNS executor of the last will and testament of DANIEL THOMPSON late of Harrison County State of Ohio deceased whereby appoint WILLIAM FINLAY of Rostraver township Westmoreland County my agent and attorney, for me as Executor aforesaid to expose to Sale a tract of land belonging to the said decedents estate lying in Ligonier Valley Westmoreland County containing about three hundred and seventy six acres more or less and to make contracts for the Sale thereof and execute a Deed therefore or enter into a covenant that I will execute a Deed to _ and to receive the purchase money and I hereby ratify and confirm and will ratify and confirm by any further Deed or Deeds of Conveyance in the law whatsoever my said attorney may do by virtue hereof. This Indenture made the 20th day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand and eight hundred and thirty eight Between MICHAEL BECK & CATHARINE his wife WILLIAM BECK JR. & SUSANNAH his wife, JOSEPH HARROLD & ELIZABETH his wife, DAVID GROSS & CATHARINE his wife, all of the County of Westmoreland & State of Penna. Of the one part, & SUSANAH BECK of the same place of the other part, Witnesseth that the party of the first part for & in consideration of the sum of nineteen hundred & sixty nine dollars to them in hand paid by the said SUSANNAH BECK, at at & before the ensealing & delivery hereof, the receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge & whereof acquit & forever discharge the said SUSANAH BECK her heirs executors & administrators by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, release, & confirm, unto the said SUSANAH BECK & to her heirs & assigns, all the following described tract of land situate in North Huntington Township County & State aforesaid, bounded & described as follows viz. Beginning at a post, on the bank of Yougheoghiny, thence by land of JAMES GUFFEY north seventy two degrees, East 110 perches to a white oak, thence by contractors land south two degrees east 244 perches to a hickory three, on the bank of said ___ thence down the same several courses 350 perches to the place of beginning containing one hundred & seventy eight acres & one hundred & eight perches & the usual allowance of Six percent. It being the said tract of land which the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by patent, bearing date the 26th day of December A.D. 1812 & enrolled in the roll so office of Penna, in patent book No. 7 page 679 for the consideration therein mentioned did grant & confirm the same unto a certain MICHAEL & ADAM FRIECHMAN as tenants in common & to them their heirs & assigns and whereas the said ADAM FRICHMAN died seized and lawfully possessed of the said tract of land the fee & by his last will & testament in writing bearing the 13th day of August A.D. 1821, did amongst other things therein contained give & devised the above described tract of land unto the five children of his sister Mary intermarried with WILLAIM BECK of which the parties of these presents are the five children named in the said recited will, which said will is duly recorded, amongst the records in the registers office at Greensburg in the County of Westmoreland as by reference to the same will fully & at large appear. Together with all & singular the rights liberties, privileges, hereditaments, & appurtenances, whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining & the reversions & remainders, rents, issues, & profits thereof, & also all the estate rights, title interest, property claim & demand whatsoever, of them the party of the first part in law equity or otherwise howsoever of, in & to in out of the same. To have & to hold the said, described one hundred & seventy eight acres & one hundred & eight perches & the allowance hereditaments & premises hereby granted & mentioned & intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said SUSANAH BECK & to her heirs & assigns to the only proper use & behoof of the said SUSANAH BECK her heirs & assigns forever, and the said party of the first & their heirs & against all & every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim by from or under them or any of them shall & will warrant & forever defend, In witness whereof the said MICHAEL BECK & CATHARINE his wife, WILLIAM BECK JR. & SUSANAH his wife JOSEPH HARROLD & ELOZABETH his wife, DAVID GROSS & CATHARINE his wife have hereunto set their hands & seals, the day & years first aforesaid.

This Indenture made this twenty eighth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty nine Between WILLIAM FINLEY of Rostraver township Westmoreland County and State of Pennsylvania Agent for John Burns surviving executor of the estate of DANIEL THOMPSON late of Harmon County State of Ohio, of the one part, and HUGH W. ANDERSON of Fairfield township county and State first above written of the other part: Witnesseth that the aforesaid JOHN BURNS surviving executor of the estate of DANIEL THOMPSON deceased late of Harrison County State of Ohio, in and by his power of attorney bearing date the 21st day of April A.D. 1827 did empower and authorize the aforesaid WILLIAM FINLEY to sell and convey a certain tract of land part of the estate of the said DANIEL THOMPSON deceased and tract situate in the County of Westmoreland, State of Pennsylvania. Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the Said WILLIAM FINLEY agent as aforesaid of the said JOHN BURNS for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred and seventy seven dollars to him in hand paid by the said HUGH W. North forty seven perches to a white oak, East forty nine perches to a white oak north seventy three perches to a chestnut oak, thence by the chestnut Ridge west four hundred seventeen perches and one fifty to a post, South two hundred and forty one perches and two thirds to a post and thence by the same and land of WILLIAM McWERTER South sixty degrees east eight perches to the place of beginning containing three hundred seventy six acres and ninety nine perches be the same more or less It being the same tract of land for which a patent was granted into the said DANIEL THOMPSON deceased which said Patent bears date the nineteenth day of June Anno Domino 1815 Together with all and singular other the houses out houses, buildings, barns stables ways woods, waters, water courses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversion and remainders rents issues and profits thereof. To have and to hold the said messuage or tenement and tract of three hundred and seventy six acres and ninety nine perches of land, hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned or intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said HUGH W. ANDERSON his heirs and assigns to the only proper use benefit and behoof of him the said HUGH W. ANDERSON his heirs and assigns, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof, of him the said HUGH W. ANDERSON his heirs and assigns forever and the said WILLIAM FINLEY agent as aforesaid doth covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said HUGH W. ANDERSON by these presents that he the said WILIAM FINLEY has not heretofore done or committed any act matter or whatsoever whereby the premises herby granted or any part thereof is are or shall or may be impeached charged or encumbered in title charges estate or other wise howsoever. Whereas I JOHN BURNS of Hancock County and of Ohio State being executor of the estate of DANIEL THOMPSON dec'd said DANIEL THOMPSON being seized of a certain plantation of land in Fairfield township Westmoreland County and adjoining lands of a certain McWISTER and SNIDER and others and the said JOHN BURNS having authorized WILLIAM FINLEY of Westmoreland County as his Agent to sell and convey the Said land being about three hundred and seventy six acres of land be the same more or less and the Said WILLIAM FINLEY agreeable to the agency in him sold the said land unto a certain HUGH W. ANDERSON for a certain sum of money. Now this Instrument of writing is to certify that I JOHN BURNS of Hancock County Ohio State do by these presents ratify and confirm whatsoever my agent WM FINLEY has done in conveying and making a Deed for said recited land as Witness I have hereunto set my hand and seal this thirty first day of December A.D. 1839. FINELY doth for himself his heirs Executors and administrators agree to and with the Said JNO E. FINLEY, S. S. JONES and N. Q. SPEERS Trustees (who are acting Solely as Such for and in behalf of Said Rehoboth Congregation to Sell to them for the Consideration hereinafter mentioned that certain House with ten acres of Land or thereabouts Situated in Said Rostraver township being a part of the farm known as the property of the REV. J. R. HUGHES or DAVID STEWART and more recently as the property of N. Q. SPEERS Being that part of Said Farm upon which the Brick mansoion house Stands including the orchard above the House, the paled Garden adjoining and part of the Meadow in front of Said house including all within Bounds of the survey made this day by DAVID B. H. ALLEN, Surveyor which he Surveyed in pursurance of the contract and in consideration whereof the said JNO E. FINLEY, S. S. JONES and N. Q. SPEERS duley elected Trustees of Said Rehoboth congregation do for said Congregation and act as Trustees in trust Thereof agree to and with the said MICHAEL G. FINELY his heirs executors and Administrators to pay to him the Sum of Four Thousand Two Hundred and fifty Dollars (4,250) in manner following to wit One thousand Eight Hundred and eighty eight 49/100 dollars on the twenty fifty day of March proximo and the balance in tow equal annual payments with interest being One Thousand One hundred and eighty 50/100 Dollars to be paid (with interest) March 25th 1870 and One thousand one hundred & Eighty 50/100 Dollars March 25th A.D. both of which to bear interest from the date of the first payment at the date of which Last payment it is agreed by and Between the parties hereto that the Said MICHAEL G. FINLEY Shall make or cause to be made unto the Trustees or their duly elected Successors for the use and control of Said Rehoboth Congregation a good and Sufficient Warranty Deed embracing the property herein described and it ts further agreed that the Said Trustees Shall have possession of Said property on the first day of April A.D. 1869 and thereof control it for the use of Said Rehoboth Congregation which shall be known as the property of Said Congregation as a Manse of parsonage for the same and it shall happen that Said named Trustees or their duly elected Successors cannot agree in any matter pertaining to the control of Said parsonage & grounds that they shall be instructed by the Said Congration by a meeting of the same regularly called whose direction in Such case shall be followed and fully Settle any differences that may have arisen in testimony whereof we the said parties have hereunto Set our hands and Seals as of Day and date above written. FINLEY his heirs & assigns forever as that the said THOMAS P. FINLEY shall take and receive the rents issues and profits thereof with full power to the said THOMAS P. FINLEY to sell and convey in fee simple the whole or any part thereof or otherwise have the same in full charge & trust so soon as he becomes of the age of Twenty one years as the same is particularly specified in the last will and testament of the said JOHN E. FINLEY deceased and the said ROBERT W. LOUCKS single man and CATHARINE LOUCKS single woman of the Township of East Huntingdon in the county of Westmoreland and state of Pennsylvania and NANCY LOUCKS widow of the REV MARTIN LOUCKS late of the Township County and state aforesaid deceased of the same place parties of the first part and WILLIAM BECK of the Township of Hempfield in the county and state aforesaid party of the other part Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred and ten dollars lawful money of the United States of America unto them will and truly paid by the said party of the second part at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien enfeoff release convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part and his heirs and assigns forever all the following described property viz. MARTIN LOUCKS in and by his last will and testament in writing duly proved before the Register of Wills in and for the county of Westmoreland and state of Pennsylvania on the 3rd day of December A.D. eighteen hundred and sixty nine (1869) did will and bequeath unto his two sons namely PETER S. LOUCKS and MARTIN S. LOUCKS and the said MARTIN S. LOUCKS by his indenture recorded in the Office for the Recording of Deeds &c in and for said county of Westmoreland in Book No. 72 Page 557 did grant and confirm his interest therein to the aforesaid PETER S. To all to whom these presents shall come I JOHN GUFFEY Esquire sheriff of the County of Westmoreland in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania send greeting whereas WILLIAM BECK lately in the County Court of Common Pleas holden at Greensburg for the county of Westmoreland before the Judges of the same court to wit of August term in the year of our Lord one Thousand Eight hundred and seventy four by the Judgment of the same court did recover against JACOB HARLAN as well the sum of Two hundred and six Dollars and Thirty six cents lawful money of the United States of debt as also which the said WILLIAM BECK were adjudged in the same court of for damages sustained by occasion of the detention of that debt and whereas afterwards by a writ of the commonwealth aforesaid of Fieri Facias issued out of the court of Common Pleas aforesaid tested the second day of September in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight hundred and seventy five and to the sheriff of the county of Westmoreland directed he was commanded that of the goods and chattels lands and tenements of the said JACOB HARLAN in his bailwick he should cause to be made and levied the debt and damages aforesaid which the said WILLIAM BECK had recovered against the said JACOB HARLAN as aforesaid and that he should have that money before the Judges of the County Court of Common Pleas aforesaid the second Monday of May then next to render to the said WILLIAM BECK aforesaid and the said writ by virtue of which the said writ of Fieri Facias of the lands and tenements of the said JACOB HARLAN he having no goods and chattels in his bailwick wherewith to satisfy the said execution the said sheriff seized and took in execution all that certain Lot of ground situate in the village of Scottdale fronting on Mulberry Street being about forty five feet in front extending back about 110 feet to an alley bounded by an alley on the west also by lots of JOHN SMITH on the east having thereon erected a two story frame dwelling house and other improvements and whereas by an inquisition intended and to the said writ of Fieri Facias annexed taken at the court house in Greensburg the fifth day of November in the year of our Lord one Thousand Eight hundred and seventy four by the oaths of twelve good and lawful men in his bailwick it was found that the rents issues and profits of the above mentioned Lot of ground seized and taken in execution by the said sheriff by virtue of the writ aforesaid were not of a clear yearly value beyond all reprises sufficient within the term of seven years to satisfy the debt and damages in the said writ mentioned the execution of which writ at the day and place therein mentioned together with the inquisition made thereon and the said writ annexed as aforesaid hereturned to the Judges aforesaid and that the premises remained in his hands unsold for want of buyers and whereas afterwards by a writ of Venditioni Exponas of the said Commonwealth issued out of the Court of Common Please aforesaid Tested the Tenth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and seventy two and to me directed I was commanded that the lands and tenements aforesaid so taken in execution as aforesaid I should expose to sale and that I should have the money thereof before the Judges aforesaid at Greensburg aforesaid the second Monday of May then next to render to the said WILLIAM BECK for the debt and damages in the said writ mentioned and the said writ and whereas I the said sheriff having given due and public notice of the time and place of sale did on the tenth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy five expose the lands and tenements and premises to sale by public vendue or outcry and sold the same to LEONARD BECK of Westmoreland County Penna for the sum of Fifty Dollars lawful money of Pennsylvania he being the highest and best bidder and that the highest and best price bidden for the sum Now know ye that I the said JOHN GUFFEY Esquire sheriff of the county aforesaid for and in consideration of the aforesaid sum of Fifty dollars lawful money of Pennsylvania to me in hand paid by the said LEONARD BECK at and before the ensealing and delivery hereof the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted and sold and by these presence according to the directions and by voice and virtue of said recited writs and the laws of Pennsylvania in such case made and provided do grant bargain and sell unto the said LEONARD BECK his heirs and assigns all that the said Lot of ground situate in Scottdale Westmoreland County Pennsylvania being 45 feet in front by 110 feet to an alley hereinbefore described and mentioned Together with all and singular the buildings barns stable garden orchards improvements rights liberties privileges hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversions and remainders and the rents issues and profits thereof To have and to hold the said described Lot of ground and the premises hereby granted or mentioned and intended so to be with the appurtenances to the said LEONARD BECK his heirs and assigns to This Indenture Made the Fifth (5) day of August A.D. one thousand eight hundred and Seventy Six (1876) Between THOMAS H. IRWIN and THOMAS S. STEWART Executors of the last will and testament of JOHN IRWIN Esq. Late of the Borough of Irwin County of Westmoreland and state of Pennsylvania deceased parties of the first part and JOHN FINDLAY of the same place party of the second part. Witnesseth that Whereas the said JOHN IRWIN now deceased by virtue of divers conveyances and assurances in the law, duly had and executed became in his lifetime lawfully seized in his demise as of fee (amongst other lands) of a certain lot of ground situate in the Borough of Irwin aforesaid fronting 50 feet wide on Walnut Street and extending back westwardly the same width one hundred and fifty feet to an alley and known on the plan of said town of Irwin as lot No 149 and being thereof so seized made his last Will and testament in writing bearing date the Second (2nd) day of February A.D. one thousand eight hundred and Seventy one (1871) wherein and whereby amongst other things he ordered and directed as follows to wit "And I hereby authorize and empower my executors to make deeds for any Lots of ground or land that I may sell in my lifetime and carry out in good faith any verbal contracts upon satisfactory evidence being given them, and the fulfillment upon the parts of the parties with which said contracts have been made of their part of said contract". (see first codicil to said will dated June 30th 1873) and of his said Will appointed THOMAS H. IRWIN his son and THOMAS S. STEWART his son in law, the Executors as by the said recited Will since his death duly proved and remaining of Record in the Register's Office in the Borough of Greensburg (Will book 6 page 120) recourse being thereunto had more fully appears. And Whereas the said JOHN IRWIN did in his lifetime sell to JOHN FINDLAY aforesaid the above mentioned lot No 149 in the Borough of Irwin aforesaid and did deliver possession of the same to the said JOHN FINDLAY, but had not at the time of his death received the purchase money in full nor made a deed for said lot of ground. Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said THOMAS H. IRWIN and THOMAS S. STEWART Executors as aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum of four hundred dollars ($400.00) to them in hand paid by the said JOHN FINDLAY at and before ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt and payment whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained and sold and by these presents by force and virtue of the power given as the said recited last Will and Testament do grant bargain and sell unto the JOHN FINDLAY, his heirs and assigns all the following described Lot of ground, situate in the Borough of Irwin county of Westmoreland and State of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows. Being fifty (50) feet wide in front on Walnut Street and extending back westwardly one hundred and fifty (150) feet preserving the same width throughout) to a twenty foot alley, adjoining on the North the lot of JOHN ROSE Esq (lot No 148) and on the south by lot of MRS. MARY FULTON (lot No. 150) said lot being known on the plan of the town of Irwin as lot No. one hundred and forty nine (No 149) . Excepting and reserving however unto the parties of the first part the right to enter in and upon other lands of theirs and dig mine, take out and carry away the coal underlying said lot of ground in room thirteen (13) feet square, leaving columns of said coal Sever (7) feet square in order to support the surface of said lot of ground. Together with all and singular the buildings improvements, ways woods, waters, water courses, rights liberties privileges hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversions and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and also all the estate right title and interest whatsoever of the said JOHN IRWIN at and immediately before the time of his decease in law equity or otherwise howsoever of in to or out of and to the same. To have and to hold the said described Lot No 149 (subject always however to the exceptions and reservations herein before expressed) with the appurtenances unto the said JOHN FINDLAY his heirs and assigns to the only proper use and behoof of him the said JOHN FINDLAY and his heirs and assigns forever, by the same title and to all intents and purpose the same as held by him the said JOHN IRWIN at and immediately before the time of his decease. And the said THOMAS H. IRWIN and THOAMS S. STEWART Executors for themselves their heirs executors and administrators do covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said JOHN FINDLAY his heirs and assigns by these presents, that they, the said parties of the first part Executors have not heretofore done or committed or knowingly or willingly suffered to be done any act matter or thing whatsoever whereby the premises hereby granted or any part thereof, is are shall or may be impeached, charged or incumbered in title estate or otherwise howsoever. Being the same lot which JOHN IRWIN and MARY JANE his wife conveyed to JACOB S. GREENAWALT by deed bearing date June 8th 1886 (1866?) recorded in book 71 page 426. The same which JACOB S. GREENAWALT and ANN his wife conveyed to LYDIA ANN McKELVEY by their deed bearing date April 29, 1871 recorded in book 71 page 425 the same which WILLIAM McKELVEY and LYDIA ANN his wife conveyed to JACOB H. SENSNICH by their deed bearing date March 4th 1878.

Together with all and singular the buildings improvements, ways waters, watercourses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and the reversions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; and all the estate, right, title interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever, of the said parties of the first part, in law, equity, or otherwise howsoever, of, in and to the same and every part thereof, To Have And To Hold the said lot of ground number ninety seven (97) in the said town of Irwin hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned, and intended so to be, with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns, to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns, forever. Excepting and reserving however unto the said JOHN IRWIN his heirs and assigns the right to enter in and upon other lands of the said JOHN IRWIN and dig mine take out and carry away the coal underlying said lot in rooms thirteen feet square leaving columns seven feet square of said coat in order to support the surface of said lot.

This Indenture, Made the Twentieth 20th, day of June eighteen hundred and eighty eight (1888) Between THOMAS H. IRWIN and ALLIE his wife of the Borough of Irwin County of Westmoreland and State of Pennsylvania parties of the first part, and JOHN FINDLEY of the same place party of the second part, Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Five hundred ($500.00) dollars, lawful money of the United States of America, unto them well and truly paid by the said party of the second part at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed; and of these presents do grant bargain, sell, alien enfeoff, release convey and confirm, unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, All the following property viz: All that certain lot of ground situate in the Borough of Irwin County of Westmoreland and State of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows to wit: Beginning at a post on first Street at corner of lot No. 6; thence by said lot North 18º 57' East, one hundred and ten (110) feet to a post; thence North 71º 03' West, Fifty three (53) feet more or less to a 20 foot alley; thence by said alley South 18º 57' West, one hundred ten (110) feet to First (1st) Street; thence along line of First Street South 71º 03' East fifty three (53) feet more or less to corner of lot No. 6, and place of beginning said lot being known as lot No. 7 on the original plan of the town of Irwin as made by R. E. McGOWAN Excepting and reserving to T. H. IRWIN his heirs and assigns the right to enter in and upon other lands of his own, and will dig, take out and carry away the coal underlying said lot of ground in rooms thirteen (13) feet square leaving columns of said coal seven (7) feet square in order to support the surface of said lot of ground. Together with all and singular the said property improvements, ways, waters, water courses rights liberties privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances, whatsoever thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining and the reversions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof and all the estate right title interest, property claims and demand whatsoever of the said parties of the first part in law, equity, or otherwise, however, of, in and to the same and every part thereof, To Have and to hold the said described lot No. 7 in said plan (subject always however to the exceptions and reservations hereinbefore set forth) the hereditaments and premises hereby granted, or mentioned, and intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns, to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever. And THOMAS H. IRWIN and ALLIE his wife the said parties of the first part for themselves their heirs executors and administrators do by these presents covenant, grant and agree to and with the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns that they the said parties of the first part, and their heirs, all and singular the hereditaments and premises herein above described and granted, or mentioned and intended so to be, with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns, against them the said parties of the first part and their heirs and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof. IRWIN and ALLIE his wife of the Borough of Irwin, County of Westmoreland and State of Pennsylvania parties of the first part and JOHN FINDLAY of same place party of the second part. Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Five hundred dollars ($500.00) lawful money of the United States of America unto them well and truly paid by the said party of the second part, at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, Have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, release, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns.

She the said ALLIE IRWIN being of full age, and by me examined separate and apart from her said husband, and the contents of the foregoing Indenture being first made fully known to her declared that she did voluntarily of her own free will and accord, sign and seal, and as her act and deed, deliver the same without any coercion or compulsion of her said husband.
