PICKENS COUNTY ALABAMA 1907 CONFEDERATE CENSUS
 
Full name:  CALVIN KELLY.  Present post office: Gordo, Ala. RFD.  Was born on March 5, 1847 in the county of Lexington in the state of SC; First entered the service as private on spring 1861 at Hot Springs, SC in the Co. C., 15 SC and continued until captured and paroled from Camp Chase 1865.


MARION COUNTY ALABAMA 1907 CONFEDERATE CENSUS

Full Name: FAULKNER, WILLIAM F.; Present post office address: Phil Campbell, Ala, was born on 3rd Oct 1840 in the county of Lexington in the state of South Carolina, first entered service as a private on 1861 at South Carolina in the 1st S. C. Artillery Co. D., and continued until close of war.  Scattered and came home without discharge or paroll.

Full Name:  SHIREY, RUBIN  Present post office address:  Winfield, Ala was born on 14th June 1838 in the District of Lexington in the state of South Carolina; first entered the service as private on May 1862 at Marion Co., Ala, in the 43rd Ala. Inf. Co. F and continued until May 1863.  Transferred to 10th Ala. Cav. Co. D., was home on furlow at close or surrender.

Full Name:  SHIREY, ABRAM – Present post office address:  Guin, Ala. was born on 5th Aug. 1834 in the District of Lexington in the state of South Carolina; first entered the service as private on Sept 1862 at Marion Co. Ala in the 5th Ala. Cav. Co. A and continued until – don’t remember how long – transferred to 10th Ala. Cav. Co. D., Parolled at Pond Springs, Alabama 1865.
