Holy Trinity Lutheran Church

Holy Trinity is located in Little Mountain. It was organized in 1891 with thirty-four members as part of the Tennessee Synod by the Rev. J. K. Efird. The second church was built in 1917 of brick. An educational building was constructed in 1962.

In 1895 the congregation was received into the South Carolina Synod and put in a parish with Macedonia. Full time ministry service: Rev. J. Virgil Long, L. P. Boland, J. Obert Kempson, H. D. Chapman, James Franklin Shealy, and Mrs. James B. Griffith.n
