St. Mark's Catholic Church was organized in 1956. It is located on Boundary Street in Newberry...When completed, it was consecrated by J. J. Russell, Bishop of the Diocese of Charleston. Those instrumental in establishing the church are: Arthru E. Morehead, Walter J. Regnery, and William Turner.
