The State of South Carolina
                                 Know All Men By These Presents, That I. H. C. Wilson of Newberry County in the State of aforesaid, in consideration of the sum of Seven Hundred & five dollars to me in hand paid by at and before the sealing of these presents, by Texanna E. Thomasson  in the State aforesaid, have granted, bargained, sold and released, and by these Presents do grant, bargain, sell and release unto the said, Texanna E. Thomasson All that certain piece, parcel and plantation of land, situatee lying and being in the County of Newberry, State of South Carolina, containing seventy-six (76) acres, more or less, and bounded by lands of H. S. Knight ?, C. D. Buzhardt, M. A. Carlisle, J. H. Goree and Public Road.  Being the same tract of land conveyed to me by Laura E. Knight..which will more fully appear by reference to deed of same duly recorded in office of Clerk of Court for Newberry County in Book #6 at pages, 142, 143 & 144.

    Together will all and singular the rights, members, hereditaments and appartenances to the said premises belonging, or in anywise incident or appertaiing, to have and to hold all and singular the premises before mentioned, unto the said Texanna E. Thomasson, heh, heirs and assigns forever.  And I do herby bind myself, my heirs, executors and administrator, to warrant and forever defend, all and singular, the said premises unto the said Texanna E. Thomasson, me and my heirs, and against all other persons lawfully claiming, or to claim the same, or any part these witness my hand and seal, this 12th day of February in the year of the Independence of the United States of Americas.

Wilson did this day appear before me and you, whomsoever, remounce, release and forever relinquish unto the within named Texanna E. Thomasson, heirs and assigns, all her interest and estate, and also all her right and ? Dower, of, in, or to all and singular the premises within mentioned and released.
