Location:
Section 2, Township 40N, Range 33W - Black Pipe Township
History:
Sacred Heart is a Catholic Cemetery which was organized in 1930 by Julia Larvie.
We did not find a trail to the cemetery but drove across a hayfield. The cemetery is located on a little knoll just a mile east and about 1/4 mile north of Norris.
The fence is in poor condition and cattle have been in the cemetery causing considerable damage to headstones. There are a lot of prarie dog holes. There are 16 headstones remaining.
