Dupree - John F. Carson, a prominent farmer at Cherry Creek station, and Miss Ella Gates of Chesaning, Mich., were married on Friday, July 23 at Chesaning. Mr. Carson brought his bride back to South Dakota and the newly weds will make their home on the groom's farm.

Isabel - Miss Vera Halmstead and Oliver Jewett were married at Dupree by Rev. Blauhart of the Congregational church. The young couple took the train immediately after the ceremony for a short honeymoon trip. They will make their home here.
