Complt. James Edwards against Robert W. Hill, Lydia Hill and Silas Crofton. Your orator, James Edwards, states that Robert Hill of Maury County, Tennessee, on 22 November 1831 sold a certain tract of land in Bedford County to one Silas Crofton who was then a citizen of Maury County, but now of ____ County in the Western District of this State, for which Crofton executed to the said Robert Hill his three several notes. Land bounded: Beg at Richard Hill corner, running north to William Bingham's corner, thence east to Hugh Bingham's corner, thence south to Levi Coldwell's corner, thence west to the beginning. About 32 acres, dated 22 November 1831.
