Martin Wisner of Marshall County, Tennessee against Lucy Lowe, widow of William Lowe, deceased, and George C. Lowe, Jr., Sey­more S. Lowe, Daniel Lowe, Eliza Ann Lowe and Martha Lowe, minor heirs of William Lowe, deceased, all of Bedford County.

Your orator, Martin Wisner, states he is the admr. of William Lowe, deceased, on August Term 1834, he was security for Daniel Barksdale and William W. Barksdale, admrs of the estate of said Lowe, they were unable to make bond and security. Your orator was appointed admr.

Orator states that William Lowe died before his mother, the widow of said Daniel and that his heirs of Wa ? had there further showed propitious to them. He would have stated that William Lowe after his father's death at the request and by the permission of his mother, moved on part of' said tract of land and remained until his death, that his widow the said Lucy Lowe remained on it until the death of Daniel Lowe's widow and that after the death of Daniel Lowe's widow which occurred sometime in 1836. The said Lucy was endowed by order of court of one third part of that part of land bequeathed, which was propitiatings to the heirs of your orators, intestate.
