FRANCES IRENE (PHILPOTT) FISHER
, 84, of Shelbyview Drive, died Wednesd ay at Bedford County General Hospital after a brief illness.
Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Gowen-Smith Chapel with the Rev. Me rle M. Mead officiating. Burial will be in Willow Mount Cemetery.
Wife of Murry Fisher who died in 1976, she was a homemaker. She w as a Bedford County native, the daughter of the late John David and Mary R eed Philpott. She was a member of Himesville Nazarene Church.
Survivors include a son, Doyle Fisher of Murfreesboro; a daughter, Mr s. Henry W. (Dorothy) Sadler of Shelbyville; and four grandchildren.
JOHN HENRY FISHER
, was born April 2, 1868; departed this life Jan. 25, 195 0.
Age 81 years, nine months, 25 days.
He had been confined to his room for several months; for several wee
his bed, and the last 17 days in the Bedford County Hospital.
He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. O.D. Pack and Mrs. C.B. Gambill;
two sons, Murry and Ernest Fisher; 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchi ldren.
His wife, Mrs. Josephine Claxton Fisher, passed away about 38 years ago an d
his eldest son, James Thomas Fisher, passed away about eight years ago.
Funeral services were conducted from the Thompson Funeral Home at 2 o'cloc k,
Jan. 26. Officiating was the Rev. E.H. Stout, Pastor of the First Chur ch of the Nazarene
of Shelbyville, of which Mr. Fisher was a charter member. He was assist ed by the
Rev. Homer A. Cate, Pastor of the First Baptist Church.
Burial was in the Wheeler Cemetery and his grandsons served as pallbearers .

WILLIAM MURRY FISHER
, 74, died Saturday at his home in the Hickory H ill community.
Services were held today at 1:30 p.m. at Gowen-Smith Chapel with Re v. Merle M. Mead officiating. Burial will be in Willow Mount Cemetery.
Mr. Fisher, a retired farmer, was a native of Bedford County. He w as the son of the late John Henry and Josephine Claxton Fisher and was a m ember of the Nazarene Church.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Irene Philpot Fisher; a son, Doyle F isher, Murfreesboro; a daughter, Mrs. Henry W. (Dorothy) Sadler, Shelbyvil le; two sisters, Mrs. Gertrude Pack, Inverness, Fla., and Mrs. Lottie Gamb ill, Shelbyville; and four grandchildren.
ARCH FRIZZELL M
, 80, former postmaster at Bell Buckle, died Tuesday night (23 March 1937) at the home of his brother, Jesse Frizzell, near Bell Buckle. Mr. Frizzell was twice married, first to Miss Charlie Sutton and after her death, to Miss Maudie Kendrick, who died several years ago. Funeral services were conducted at Hazel Cemetery Wednesday afternoon, March 17, 1937, by Rev. A. T. Tipps.

MARY ADELE (RABY) FREEMAN
, 85, of Petersburg, died Monday at Glen Oaks Convalescent Center. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Lone Oak Church of Christ, where she was a member, with Jeff Smith and Gary Massey officiating. Burial will follow in Richmond Cemetery.
JOIL EDWARD FULLER
, 82, of Shelbyville, died Saturday at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Thompson Creek Baptist Church, where he was a member and deacon, with the Rev. Jimmy Kesey, the Rev. Brent Fuller and the Rev. Paul Lane officiating.
Burial, with military rites, will follow at Rosebank Cemetery in Flat Creek.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Hillcrest Funeral Home.
