MARTHA ANN FRANCIS (BEASLEY) HALL
- died april 15, 1905, wife of Jack Hall. According to the Chronicle she had the largest funeral ever assembled at Prospect. she died of fever and was the mother of twelve children. (Note: She has a monument).

LANA KAY HARGIS
- Funeral services for Lana Kay Hargis, of Camden, age 45, were held Thursday, July 10, in the chapel of Oakdale Funeral Home with Steve Douglas officiating. Burial followed in the Camden City Cemetery. Oakdale Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Ms. Hargis passed away Sunday, July 6 at Life Care Center in Bruceton. She was born September 14, 1962 to the late Russell and Georgia Fuller Rogers in Valparaiso, Ind. She ran the Sears Store in Camden for several years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother Norman Rogers.
She is survived by a son, Tommy Wright, a daughter, Connie (Brett) Baker, two brothers, Jeff Rogers, all of Camden, and Steve (Cheryl) Rogers of Ind.; three grandchildren, Mason Howard, and Ava and Aubrey Baker.

KIMBERLY JANINE HATLEY - Funeral services for Kimberly Janine Hatley, of Camden, age 48, were held Wednesday, Oct. 8 at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Oakdale Funeral Home with Jimmy Ellis officiating. Burial followed at Flatwoods Cemetery. Oakdale Funeral Home of Camden was in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Hatley passed away Saturday, Oct. 4 at Camden General Hospital. She was born July 29, 1960 in Knoxville to Val Jean Pyburn Kelly, of Camden and the late Harley Jones. She is survived by a son, Dustin (Tiffany) Hardin, of Big Sandy; a daughter, Terin Harris, of Camden; a brother, Jeff Breeden, of Nashville; a sister, Teresa Burris, also of Camden; and three grandchildren, Kelsey and Kaitlyn Harris, and Hallie Hardin.
GLADYS E. HERBERT - A Celebration of Life service for the Rev. Gladys E. Herbert, 80, of Camden, will be held Sunday at 4 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff. The family will receive friends Sunday, 2 to 4 p.m., prior to the service at the funeral home. Mrs. Herbert is survived by her brother, Donald Swain of Minneapolis, Minn.; six children, Eva Madison and Esther Rogers, both of Oswego, N.Y., Benjamin, Eugene, David and Daniel Herbert, all of Camden; eight grandchildren, Angela, Melissa, David Allen, Brooke, Creasie Zachary Herbert, all of Camden, Janeen Carioti and Matthew Rogers, both of New York; and five great-grandchildren. Mrs. Herbert was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., where, upon graduation from the New York Institute of Art, she moved to Canisteo, N.Y., and raised her family. She was an ordained bishop and dedicated her life to her Lord, Jesus Christ, through her activities in childrens, arts, music and adult ministries. Mrs. Herbert moved to Camden in 1985 upon the passing of her mother and second husband, Benjamin H. Herbert Jr., of whom she will be laid to rest beside in New York. Mrs. Herbert was a valued president and member of the Camden Art Association and Society. She was a member of Camden Church in the Garden. She was loved and respected by many and will forever remain in our hearts.
CHARLES WESLEY HOLDER
- Services for Charles (Charlie) Wesley Holder, 65, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 4, 2002, at Stockdale-Malin Chapel in Camden, TN. Burial will follow in Benton County Memorial Gardens in Camden, TN. Mr. Holder died Saturday, June 1, 2002, at his residence in Camden, TN. Survivors include his wife, Judy Smith Holder, of Camden, TN; his mother, Garnett Draper Holder of Cleveland, TN; three daughters, Judy Keck of Maryville, TN, Janet Helton of Rockford, TN and Jamie Curtis of Camden, TN; three sons, Charles Wesley Holder, Jr. of Knoxville, TN, Randy Holder of Camden, TN and Stacy Curtis of Camden, TN; and three sisters, Joyce Dees of Ashville, N.C., Evelyn Shelton of Vienna, Ill and Sharon Holder of Cleveland, TN
DOROTHY (JONES) HOLLAND
- Funeral services for Dorothy Jones Holland, of Camden, age 86, were held Friday, Oct. 10 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Stockdale-Malin Funeral Home with Johnnie B. Arnold officiating. Burial followed at Flatwoods Cemetery. Stockdale-Malin Funeral Home of Camden was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Holland passed away Thursday, Oct. 9 at Camden General Hospital. She was born Feb. 2, 1922 in Eva to the late George W. Goodman and Emma Dudley Goodman. She was a retired door greeter from Wal-Mart and a member of the First United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husbands, J.N. Jones and George Holland.
She is survived by two daughters, Cecile (Kenny) Weatherly, of Camden, and Lee Ann (Scotty) Bridges, of Bruceton; a son, David “Chip” (Charlotte) Pafford, of Camden; and a granddaughter, Shanna Weatherly, also of Camden.
LANDON HOLLINGSWORTH
, 78, died at his home in Eva TN at 7 p.m. Wednesday June 19 (1957). Funeral services were held at Chalk Hill Baptist Church at 2 p.m. June 20, (1957) with Bro. Fred Price of Hollow Rock. The burial was at Chalk Hill Cemetery with Luff Bowen Funeral Home in charge. He is the son of Late Columbus and Emily Kennon Hollingsworth a native and lifelong resident of Benton County. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Zula Carney Hollingsworth of Eva; two sons, Tom of Bruceton and Hugh of Sommerville TN; one brother, Doss Hollingsworth of Camden; two sisters, Mrs. H.F. Daniel of Camden and Mrs. Edna E. Davis of Camden.
