Attended Central High School, Manchester; Vanderbilt University; theological, 1927; and is a member of Southern Methodist CHurch, Memphis Conference; Democrat; Master mason; Past Patron O.E.S. American Legion; married Emma Jones, Nov. 1919.
Brother Williams is now located at Huntingdon being pastor of the First Methodist Chuirch which place he has filled for four years. He is the father of thre children; His forefathers, with the exception of his father, have been ministers since the time of John Wesley. He specializes in evangelism. He was appointed chaplain of the 70th General Assembly of the Senate. His hobby is golf.
