MARY JO SEATON - Funeral services for Mary Jo Seaton, 71, were Monday, January 10 at Pafford Funeral Home. Burial followed in Unity Cemetery. Ms. Seaton, a retired nurse’s aid, died Friday, January 7 at Henderson Co. Community Hospital. She was preceded in death by one brother, Eldred Seaton; and two sisters, Edith Holdman and Lela Richardson. She is survived by one brother, William Seaton of Joilet, IL.

MARGIE (WEBB) SHIRLEY , 69, of Memphis died Aug. 1, 2006, at Saint Francis Hospital in Bartlett. Funeral services were held Aug. 5 at Casey Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bobby Beecham officiating. Burial followed in Unity Cemetery. She was born in Chester County, the daughter of the late Travis Lee and Lector Lorraine Ross Webb. She attended Chester County Schools. She married Curtis Shirley in 1957, and they made their home in Stone Park, Ill., for nearly 50 years. She worked at Borg Warner Corporation as an inspector. They manufactured M-16 clips during the Vietnam War. They moved to Memphis in 2000. She was a member of Sanford Hill Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband Curtis Shirley of Memphis; five brothers, James Webb of Jackson, Lynn Webb and Curtis Wayne Webb, both of Henderson, Don Webb of Luray, and Joe Webb of Streamwood, Ill.; and two sisters, Sue Weatherly of Williston and Gloria Rogers of Bowlin Brook, Ill.

ROY STANFILL - Services for Roy Stanfill were Sunday at Morgan Funeral Home in Henderson with burial in Unity Cemetery. Mr. Stanfill, who was 78, died Saturday morning at Jackson General after a short illness. He was a retired farmer of the Luray community. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Janice Summers Stanfill of Luray; two daughters, Mrs. Estelle Hammontree of Elkhart IN and Miss Peggy Stanfill of Atlanta; two sons, Gerald of Beech Bluff and Joe of Luray; two brothers, Sam and Luke, both of Henderson; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
