Bullard, for a note executed by William Davenport to William Eppes and assigned by him to Martin Burchfield, and from Burchfield to G. B. Bullard for $25.25

T. P. Graham acknowledges that he owes the estate of G. B. Bullard, deceased $1.00 of which there is no account found among the papers of the deceased

Personal property: Small bay mare, 22 dozen binds of wheat, 6 2/3 dozen binds of rye; 18 dozen binds of oats; 4 1/3 dozen binds of flax

Note – There will be a small quantity of rent corn due the estate from James Killion, which is not yet matured for gathering, and the amount of which cannot yet be ascertained, but the same will be accounted for property when disposed of.
