Settlement with WILLIAM KINCAID, Guardian of one of Heirs of HENRY LEE, deceased Amount of rents received at different times $11.00 Paid taxes for year 1845 to year 1851 $5.54 Paid Thomas J. Johnson $1.87 ½ Paid Guardian charges for all of his trouble and attention to the business $5.00

After a full calculation of the settlement, I find that the Guardian has paid out all that has come into his hands and $1.41 over, this 19th day of September 1853.
