Settlement with CATHARINE MAYES, Guardian of Minor Heirs of HENRY MAYES, deceased The guardian is charged with the property as bequeathed in the last will and testament of Henry Mayes, deceased, which she has kept and improved until her wards came of age, and has made settlement and produced the receipt of the wards which is filed in this settlement. The guardian charges nothing for her trouble, but has paid Thomas J. Johnson $2.25 for his fees as clerk. Settlement in full, this 21st day of August 1853.
