Inventory of the Estate of JOSEPH CLOUD, deceased Negroes: Silva – a negro girl aged about 37 years old Jerry – a negro boy aged about twenty-one years Sucky – a negro girl aged about nineteen years Sam – a negro boy aged about eighteen years Anderson – a negro boy aged about fifteen years Jane, a negro girl aged ten years Two infants at the breast, Dowell and Ann, aged about eighteen months Infant of very tender age, the child of Sucky

There being nine negroes that has come to our hands, and a decree of the Circuit Court to sell the slaves, and we have hired out the negroes until the sale can be made. No other personal property came to our hands, no lands nor money, which is submitted this 20th day of July 1850. William Smith, Administrator
