Operated a general store at Clifton, Wayne County, for three years; moved, 1924, to Swallow Bluff, where he operated a store and cotton gin; moved, 1934, to Decaturville, Decatur County, to engage in timber business; in 1940, was president of Farmers Bank, Parsons, Decatur County. Chairman of school board, 1957. Was living at Decaturville in 1965; no later information on subject.
