We, Louisa Starks and Fielding Hurst ,as administrators of Ezekiel Starks, deceased, do by virtue of the power in us vested by law and compliance with a bond made by the said Starks in his lifetime convey unto John Watson for the consideration ??? in the said bond to ??? four hundred and fifty dollars paid to the said Starks and his administrators the tract of land therein described containing by ultimate two hundred acres lying in Decatur County and bounded as follows, Beginning on a stake and black oak ??? 30 poles North ???hence east 80 poles to post oak hence North 110 poles to a hickory hence East 140 poles to a stake and white oak ??? hence South 210 poles to a small post oak on a ridge hence west 220 poles to Beginning to have and to hold to the said John Watson, his heirs and assigns forever
The title to which land ??? hereby bound the ??? of the said Ezekiel Starks to warrant and defend to the said John Watson and his heirs against lawful claims of all persons what ever as fully and effectively as they could be bound if the said Ezekiel Starks and executed this deed himself according to the power in us vested by law ///under our hands and ???this 13th March 185/ ( looks 7 or 9)
