This the last will & testament of James D. Anderson after my death I do give and bequeath to my brother John E. Anderson all my interest in a certain tract of land the deed of which is drawn jointly to us also all notes & dues that are due to me and all money that I may die possessed of after paying all my just debts and burrying me decently I also give and bequeath all to my brother John E. Anderson.
