Lookout Mountain Property For Sale
I offer for sale the above property belonging to H. W. Von
Aldehoff, and used by him for several years as a Boarding School, and more
recently as a Hotel.
It contains two large two story buildings and seventy
rooms. The ground, containing eight
acres, embraces a magnificient Spring of never-failling; pure, free stone water
within a cave, and a fine water-fall in the latter; also a large stable,
kitchen, negro house, smokehouse, ect.
As the Mountain is a favorite place for summer resort, and
will undoubtedly become much more so, this property, being, the only one
possessing as abundant supply of water within convenient rach, is justly
considered one of the most valuable of the kind.
