LUTHER E. BRADFIELD

Luther E. Bradfield, formerly of Henderson County, is assistant professor of education and director of the training school at Arkansas State Teacher College, Conway. Mr. Bradfield, son of Mr. and Mrs. J.L. Bradfield, attended school at Christian Chapel, Clarksburg High and Freed-Hardeman College. He taught at old Moore's Hill, Chapel and Poplar Springs. Enering the army in 1941, he was discharged in 1945 and received his B.S. degree from Memphis State in the meantime. He then entered Peabody where he received his master of education degree. Last year he studied toward a doctorate at Indiana University and has completed practically all requirements. Mr. Bradfield is married to the former Joyce Martin of Odessa MO and they have a daughter, Marilyn Ann, 4. He is a deacon in the Conway Church of Christ and also teaches a class of young people.
