Ruth was the daughter of Holland & Lela (Brown) Threadgill. Also found a couple of men in the family related to the implement business. James Washington Threadgill born (24 Dec. 1879-14 Aug 1969 s/o Wyatt & Lucy (Fesmire) Threadgill) owned the Threadgill Lumber Company in Lexington. Newton Swift Threadgil (30 Jan 1878-1935 also a s/o Wyatt & Lucy (Fesmire) Threadgill) l was the City Recorder for Lexington TN and also owned a hardware store.
