| Flat Creek Cemetery is located on the road from Scotts Hill to Middleburg about 2 miles north of the traffic light in Scotts Hill. It is kept mown. In additional to graves with permanent markers, two graves are marked with wooden crosses and three graves are marked with concrete blocks. David Donahue recorded Flat Creek Cemetery in December 2003. R. E. White recorded Flat Creek Cemetery in 1976. His record appears in Henderson County, Tennessee Cemetery Inscriptions (R. H.
