The committee that was appointed to see bro Britt was called on to report. The com reported that they saw Bro Britt and called him to apprear and answer for him he failing to appear the Com was ordered to cite him to appear before the Session at its next meeting.

Brooks, Jackson Stewart and Marion Hart opened with Prayer by the moderator Sister Joyner of the Baptist Church on recommendation was received into full fellowship. M Joyner was elect Clerk of the Session and Deacon in connection with Elder W. F. Brooks the Session took recess until the 6th wheron Mary M Stewart was received by transfer from Chappel Spring no other business appering the Session was closed by prayer by the moderator

The session of the Palestine Church met on the 16th November 1893 with the following Elders present Bro J. H. Williams, Bro A. F. Joyner and W. T. Veteto. Bro A. F. Joyner acted as moderator and opened the session with prayer. Bro W. W. Mullins asked that his name be taken off the Church book. After some discussion a motion with second to that effect was offered and sustained and said W. W. Mullins was droped from the role from our church book. Elder R H Wheatley reported that sister Omah Stall was due repentant and asked the prayers & forgiveness of the chhurch. Elder W L Stegall asked for more time and an assestant to see sister L. M. Wadley. Time was granted and Elder J ? Tucker was appointed to assist him. Church dues were collected to the amount of $5.00 and the same were forwarded to Presbytery by Elder W L Stegall. By motion of Elder D L Wadley Brother J M Holly was installed as an elder and by motion of Elder Wadley Brother Holly was chosen as our representation to the Presbytery at Saulsbury on the 8th of March. The Elders present made reports. Elder A F Joyner reported the disorderly walk of I N Warde The following resolution was offered by Elder Joyner and was adopted by a unanimous vote. Whereas Bro I N Warde has been visited by a committee for using vain language and promised to quit and has has persistently continued to use said language therefore be it resolved that it is the sense of this session that we suspend the said I N Warde from our church.

Minutes of last meeting are read and approved. Elder J L Hart was elected delegate to Presbytery at Claybrook on the 20th of September. Elder W. T. Veteto was elected his alternate. By motion Elder W. T. Veteto and Bro Wm Stewart were resounded to the congregation as Deacons in our church. The session closed with prayer.

Stewart was appointed asa comitie to wait on the following members for misconduct. Bros T. L. Smith to supply this church subject to the action of a committee appointed by Presbytery to look after a Pastor for the church at Lexington and Palestine. The representative to presbytery made his report which was received as satisfactory. The committee that was appointed to see Bro. H. C. Britt were called on to report. The committee reported that they saw Bro. H. C. Britt and cited him to appear and answer for himself, he failing to appear the committee was ordained to cite him to appear before the session at its next meeting. On motion Rev. T. N. Holley Clerk proterm. Minutes of last meeting was read and approved. The report of brother Holley representivge to last meeting made his report which was received as satisfactory. On motion the session called Rev. J. H. Black to supply this Church with Word and ordanances the remainder of this year, on motion the session agree to pay Bro Black at the rate of fifty dollars a year. On motion the session appointed a committee consisting of M. H. Stewart, J. L. Hart and J. M. Holley to see Bro. A. F. Joyner charged with disorderly conduct and report to the next session. Bro. W.
