Conveyance of Land between H.W. Austin & C.J. Morris March 1897
Know all men by these present that H.W. Austin have this day bargained and sold hereby transfer and convey unto C.J. Morris heirs and assigns forever for the consideration of Eleven hundred and fifty dollars, six hundred and fifty acres, in hand paid, the receipt of which I hereby acknowledged the remainder to be paid in three payments one hundred and sixty six dollars paid November 15th 1897 one payment November 15, 1898 for one hundred and sixty seven dollars and one other due November 15, 1899 for one hundred and sixty seven dollars the said C.J. Morris note have been this day executed for the said payments a certain tract of land being in Henderson County state of Tennessee 13 civil district containing by survey 142 50/160 acres by the same more or less and bounded as follows.
Beginning at the South corner of Grant No. 13503 in the name of Stansell Duck for 618 112/160 acres on a stake with black oak and dogwood hickory and sassafras trees the beginning corner of said Grant runs North 98 poles to the fork of Doe Creek thence east 23 poles to willow oak thence North 159 poles to a stand white oak sweet gum and black oak trees thence east 5 degrees north 41 poles to a stake in the road with.... oak trees thence south 25 degrees east 44 poles to a stake red oak white oak and hickory trees; thence south 35 degrees East 80 poles to small red oak red oak and hickory trees thence south 14 degrees east 65 poles thence south 20 degrees 54 poles to a stake black oak tree in the south east corner of a lot of about one acre which belongs to the Doe Creek Baptist Church House West 151 poles to beginning..
To have and to hold the said unto the paid C.J. Morris his heirs and assigns foever, I covenant with the said C.J. Morris that I am lawfully seized of said land and have a good right to convey it. I further warrant and forever defent the title to the aboe described tract of land .... given under my hand and seal this March 2, 1897..

Land Conveyance C.J. Morris & wife Mary to M.L. Volner March 1919
For and in consideration of the sum of Three Thousand Three Hundred dollars paid and to be be paid by M.L. Volner as follows. Thirty Three Hundred Dollars cash, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, W. J. (C.J.) Morris and wife Mary Morris have bargained and sold, and by these presents do transer and convey unto the said M.L. Volner heirs and assigns, a certain tract or parcel of land in Henderson 7th Civil District, County, State of Tennessee, as follows;
Beginning at the South West corner of Grant No. 13503 in the name of Stansel Duck for 613/112/160 acres on a stake, with black oak, dogwood and hickory and sasafrass pointers. The beginning corner of said grant; runs thence North 98 poles to the fork of Doe Creek, thence east 23 poles to a willow oak, thence north 159 poles to a stake white oak, sweet gum and black oak pointer. Thence east 5 degrees North 41 poles to a stake in the road, with pointers; ; thence South 25 degrees East 44 poles to a stake, red oak White Oak and hickory pointers; Thence South 35 degrees East 80 poles to a small red oak and two hickory pointers; thence south 14 degrees then South 20 degrees/ East 54 poles to a stake black oak pointer; thence West 151 poles to the beginning. Containing by estimation 142 and 50/160 including and excluding about one acre in the south east corner which belongs to Doe Creek Church.
To have and to hold the said tract or paarcel of land, with the appurtenances, estate, title and interest thereto belonging, to the said M.L. Volner his heirs and assigns forever and we do covenant with the said M.L. Volner that we are lawfully seized and possessed of said land in fee simple, have a good right to convey it, and the same is unincumbered.
And we do further covenant and bind our heirs and representatives, to warrant and forever defend the title to said land to the said M.L. Volner heirs and assign, against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
In witness thereof, we hereunto set our signatures this 8th day of March 1919..

Personally appeared before me G.O. Helms Notary Public in and for said County and State, the within named C.J. Morris the bargainor, with whom I am personally acquainted and who acknowledged that he executed the within instrument for the purpose therein contained.
Mary Morris wife of the said C.J. Morris having appeared before me privately and apart from her husband the said Mary Morris acknowledged the execution of the said instrument to have been done by her freely, voluntarily and understandingly without compulsion or constraint from her said husband, and for the purpose therein expressed.

Conveyance of land from M.L. Volner to J.F. Tucker November 1920
For and in Consideration of the sum of Four Thousand Dollars paid and to be paid by J.F. Tucker as follows: Fifteen Hundred Dollars cash, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and for the remainder the said J.F. Tucker an executed oral promissory notes for Twenty Five Hundred Dollars, payable to the order of M.L. Volner Nov. 15, 1920 with lien retained on the property herein conveyed to secure their payment the first of said notes falls due Nov. 15, 1920.
We M.L. Volner and wife have bargained and sold, and by these presents do transfer and convey6 unto the said J.F. Tucker his heirs and assigns, a certain tract or parcel of land in Henderson County, State of Tennessee, as follows:

For and in Consideration of the sum of ($1700.00) Seventeen Hundred Dollars paid and to be paid by Elmer Duck as follows: Fifty Dollars cash, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledge and for the remainder the said Elmer Duck has assumed the payment of one note for the sum of $1650.00 which Farmers State Bank holds against said land. secured by deed of trust executed by J.F. Tucker and wife Nancy Tucker for the above sum executed the 18th day of August 1920 and made due the 1st day of January 1922.
We J.F. Tucker and wife Nancy Tucker have bargained and sold, and by these presents do transfer and convey unto the said Elmer Duck his heirs and assigns, a certain tract or parcel of land in Henderson County, State of Tennessee, as follows.
One tract or parcel of land being and lying in the 7th civil district of said county and further bouned as follows:

To have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land with appurtenances, estate, title and interests thereto, belonging to the said Cecil Shannon, his heirs and assigns forever. And we do covenant with the said cecil Shannon that we are lawfully seized and possessed of said land in fee simple, have a good right to convey it and the same is unincumbered..
And we further covenant and bind our heirs and representatives to warrant and forever defend the title to said land to the said Cecil Shannon, his heirs and assigns, against the lawful claims of all persons whosoever. Witness where off 19 September 1994

This instrument made and entered into on this the 23rd day of August 2007, by and between Cecil Shannon, Part of the First Park, and Doe Creek Restoration Committee, Party of the Second Part.
Witnesseth:
That for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100 ($10.00) Dollars, cash in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the Party of the First Park conveys and quitclaims unto the Party of the Second Part, all of his rights, title and interests in and to the following described real estate, to-wit:
A certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the Seventh Civil District of Henderson County, Tennessee, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
