The Phases of Progress
The Plans are Finalized February 20, 2007
Everyone met on February 20, 2007 to finalize the plans for the work to begin.
This is the last time we will see the building in its current condition.
Here are several of the men that will work, help, advise and see this project through. I know that Michael Thomas Gavin
from the University is there on the right. He will be available throughout the project to help where he can.
Larry Staggs is there and he's the man from the
"South Central Corrections Center" in Clifton who will oversee the work of the prisoners.
He'll be bringing them out every morning, staying with them all day and taking them back each night. They will be on the job 4 days a week, about 10
hours each day. I'm pretty sure Tracy Averett is in this photo as is Wayne Stanfill. I hope to meet the rest of the crew soon.
