Volunteers Dedicated to Free Genealogy

My name is Rita Morgan and I'm very excited to be hosting Hickman County, the home of my mother's family since the early 1800's.  I do not live in Hickman County but love my visits there and with hosting this site I look forward to many more visits to collect data to share with you.

Some of the surnames within my line from Hickman County are:

Harris, Wade, Pace, Rainey, Breece, Joyce, Bates and Cotham.

As your host, I will try to post as much data online as possible in order to make it freely available to all and hopefully provide a missing link that will help you build your tree and become acquainted with your ancestors.  I gratefully accept contributions of raw data such as census information, marriage/birth/death records, obituaries, county histories, biographies, old newspaper items, pensions, wills, cemetery transcriptions and military data.   In short....anything that would help someone build their family tree!!  Anything you contribute is owned by you and you may make corrections and changes at any time.

Feel free to email me with your contributions.

I regret that I'm not able to do personal research but I will try to help in any way I possibly can.
