Henry ALSBROOKS, Geo CANNON, Abraham H. MARTIN, Thomas MARTIN, Polly H. MARTIN keep the same in repair according to law.
Ordered that David KIZER oversee the Nashville road from James HOLLIS shop to RAWLS cabbin and that he with the hands of David H. PARKER, David BINKLEY, Patrick MARTIN Junr, Benj W. MENEES, Jos HOLMES, Jos FUQUA, Alexr RAWLS, Wm CONNER, James CONNER, Gus CONNOR, J.S. PARKS keep the same in repair according to law.
Ordered that Eli BAGGET oversee the road from the Sulphur Fork to Hollis Lick and that he with all the hands within the bounds of said road keep the same in repair according to law.
Ordered that John AGEE oversee the BETTS road from Philip MOODY's to BAILEY's pond and that he with the hands of Peter COHEA, Wm. HALL, Wm. ANDERSON & Jno. HALL keep the same in repair according to law.
Ordered that Robert O. MANTLE oversee the road from the fork near Springfield to the __ at James BELL's and that he with the hands of Stephen PEPPER, Wm. ROE, Nathan PEPPER, Richard MANTLE, William BELL, Jno. L. JAMES, James GRAVES & James M. BENTON keep the same in repair according to law.
Ordered that Samuel BROCK oversee the road from the State line to Mrs. MASON's and that he with the hands of Jonathan TRAUGHBER, Richard A.E. WASHINGTON, James JAY, Henry TRAUGHBER, William SCOGGIN, Jno TRAUGHBER, Margaret WASHINGTON, John McDOWELL, Soloman BARBEE and Alfred MOORE keep the same in repair according to law.
Ordered that William W. GORDON oversee the road from Wm. MASON's to the ford of Red River at Joel MOORE's and that he with the hands of Alexander GORDON, Wesley GORDON, Philip MASON, Thos. MASON, William MASON, Henry MASON, Louis MASON & Sugar MASON keep the same in repair according to law.
Court adjourned untill tomorrow morning nine o'clock.

It is ordered by the Court that Lewis G. MASON oversee the road from his house to Red River and that he with the hands of himself, Thomas MASON, Jo C. BARBER, James BROOKS, Jno. CHAPMAN, Alexander GORDON, Thornton CLAYTON & Jno. TRAUBAUGH keep the same in repair according to law.
Upon petition filed it is ordered that the line dividing Districts No. 12 & 13 be so changed as to commence on the South fork of Sycamore Creek opposite Mrs. McNELL's running a North course to C? Creek where said line now crosses said Creek so as to include Isaac R. READER and John HARDEMAN in the 13th District.
Upon petition of Francis MOORHAN a man of color and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that said MOORHAN was born free it is therefore ordered by the Court that a certificate issue according to the statute in that case made and provided.
James J. HOLLIS the Superintendant of the poor house made report to this Court of the situation and condition of the establishment which is ordered to be filed.
It is ordered by the Court that Alfred JUSTICE, Henry FREY & Wm. SEAL commissioners for the poor house be allowed for their services for the past year be allowed each two dollars per day to wit, JUSTICE six days, FREY three days and SEAL two days to be paid by the County Trustee of any money in his hands not otherwise appropriated.
It is ordered that Henry FREY, Alfred JUSTICE and William SEAL be and they are hereby appointed commissioners for the poor house for the present year.
Court adjourned until tomorrow morning ten o'clock.

An account of sales of the estate of Nathan ADAMS deceased was presented into Court by the Administrator and was ordered to be recorded.
It is ordered that a venire issue commanding the Sheriff to summon the following gentlemen to attend __ the Courthouse in the town of Springfield on the first Monday in October next as jurors to the Circuit Court, To Wit, 1st Solomon PAYNE 2nd Mathew J. WILLIAMS, James DOSS, 3rd John J. POPE, Alexander GORDON, 4th Thomas STARK, Thomas WOODARD, 5th Uriah YOUNG, James LONG, 6th __ BARNES, 7th Levi PITT, 8th Aaron __, Joseph BARNES, 9th Thomas LIPSCOMB, Matthew POWELL, 10th William ADAMS Sr. John H. ENGLAND, 11th Robt CHOWNING, Samuel LAVELY, 12th William ANANON, Hezekiah DORRIS, 13th George MURPHEY, James L. JUSTICE, 14th James W. __, 15th John PORTER, Washington RYBURN & Richard FARTHING Constable to attend as jurors.
It is ordered by the Court that Alfred JUSTICE, Thomas SHELTON and Joseph CLINARD be commissioners to perpetuate the beginning corner of a tract of land belonging to Peter HINKLE and make report to the September term.
The commissioners appointed at the May term to view and report upon a petition a road proposed to be cut out leading from the Russellville road thence to Port Royal do report as follows (viz) Beginning at the __ road leading from Springfield to Russelville near John HOLLAND's plantation running __ __ to PRANELL's branch crossing the same near the head leaving TRAUGHBOUGH's on the right and HOLLAND's on the left then by D. BREAKFIELD's between his house and farm so as to intersect the same between E.E. TURNER & Thomas __ then with said road to the Southeast corner of William TAYLOR's farm on said road then to the mouth of D. TAYLOR's land thence to the ford of Buzzard Creek below the ford so on by Thomas GUNN's and William PORTER's crossing Sturgeon Creek at John JOHNSON's so as to come in at the head of John BELL's land thence on leaving Red River Meetinghouse on the right so as to intersect the head of the lane between TOLLERSON & DUNN so on nearby the route generally used in hauling.
