Ordered by the Court that Ephrain ROBERTS oversee the road in the room of Needham TOLER & that he with the same hands keep the said road in repair.
William HAILEY is appointed overseer of the road leading from the Sulphur Springs to Possom Branch at the foot of the ridge with the following hands William W. MOSS.
Ordered by the Court that Letters of Administration issue to Sally MASON Admr of Henry MASON Dec'd. who came unto Court & gave bond in the sum of one thousand dollars together with David HENRY & John MORGAN her security.
Ordered by the Court that Thomas JAMESON oversee the road in the room of Isaac WINTERS with the following hands to wit, from the ____ ___ to the head of Battleground Creek Elijah HUGHS, James H. BRYAN, Thomas JAMESON, Wm AHIL, Samuel PEARSON, William PEARSON, Jeremiah PERSON, Charles EDWARDS, Joseph CHILORY?, Julius JUSTICE, Alfred JUSTICE, James L. JUSTICE, Dempsey GRANT, Thornton JONES, William HUDDLESTON, Asa POOL, Woodson HUDDLESTON - And that he with the said hands keep said road in good repair.

A list of the taxable property in Capt Samuel Williams Company was returned into Court by John HUNT Esqr.
Archibald CAMPBELL administrator of Owen F. CAMPBELL came into Court & gave bond for the faithful performance ___ administration and also gave for his security William RAGSDALE & Thomas MORGAN who severally acknowledged themselves bond in the sum of one thousand dollars.
Letters of administration is granted to David LUCAS on the estate of his son George & gave bond in the sum of five hundred dollars with Edward ___ his security.
Letters of administration granted to Robert READING on the estate of Tom TOBIAS gave bond in the sum of five hundred dollars with Thomas ___ his security conditioned as the law directs.
Letters of administration granted to Richard MATTHEWS on the estate of John MATTHEWS who gave bond in the sum of five hundred dollars with Edward SHOAT his security.
Letters of administration is granted to Richard MATTHEWS on the estate of Richard MATTHEWS dec'd & gave bond in the sum of five hundred dollars with Edward ___ & David LUCAS his security.

Ordered by the Court that Alexander GORDON oversee the road leading from Springfield to Lincoln Bench from the middle fork of Red River to where it intersects the Gallatin Road with the following hands, Richard W. MONTAIN, James DOSS, Joshua HOWARD, William MORGAN, Theophilus MORGAN, William SAIL, William HUTCHINS, Chamberlain HUDSON, George RANDOLPH, George THOMAS, John YATES, George ISBELL, John SIGLAR, Wm MASON's hands & Jesse RAGSDALE & that he keep said road in repair.

A deed from William ROSS to John PREDIX for six hundred & forty acres of land lying in Sumner County in this State was further proven by Reuben BOWERS who proved the hand write of Robert CRUDE one of the subscribing witnesses thereto and the same is ordered to be certified.

Ordered by the Court that Jacob COOK, Theophilus MORGAN, Amos MOORE, Abraham MOORE, Joel MOORE & Alexander GORDON do lay off to Elizabeth HUEY, widow of William HUEY dec'd, her dower in the real estate of the said dec'd and that Henry JOHNSON County Surveyor do attend the same.
Ordered by the Court that Jacob COOK, Theophilus MORGAN, Amos MOORE, Abraham MOORE, Joel MOORE & Alexander GORDON do lay off to Elizabeth HUEY, widow of William HUEY dec'd her dower in the real estate of the said dec'd and that Henry JOHNSON County Surveyor do attend the same.
On the motion of Elizabeth HUEY, she is admitted to administer on the estate of John HUEY deceased & came into Court & gave bond in the sum of one hundred dollars with Cave JOHNSON & John HUTCHISON her securities, conditioned as the directs, it is therefore ordered that letters of administration issue to said Elizabeth to sell.
A deed from Josiah FORT to Wm FORT for four hundred & twenty acres was acknowledged in open Court & ordered to be registered.
An account current of the estate of __ JOHNSON dec'd returned unto Court by Josiah FORT & James NORFLEET & ordered to be recorded.
A list of the taxable property in Capt BIRD's company was returned in Court by James SEALS Esqr.

An inventory of the estate of Gilbert STEWART dec'd returned unto Court by William STEWART the admr of said estate and ordered to be recorded.
An inventory of the estate of Jacob LEWIS dec'd was returned into Court by Washington LEWIS the executor of said estate & ordered to be recorded.

A deed from Joseph HARDAWAY to Francis BOREN for 19 acres and 37 poles of land was acknowledged in open Court and ordered to be registered.
A deed of gift from ELENOR NORTHINGTON to William NORTHINGTON, Andrew NORTHINGTON, Samuel NORTHINGTON and Elizabeth NORTHINGTON was proven in open court by the oath of Samuel NORTHINGTON and also the handwriting of William NORTHINGTON was proven in open Court & the same is ordered to be registered.
A deed from Valentine CHOAT to John STROTHER for 113 1/3 acres of land was proven in open Court by the oath of Henry JOHN a subscribing witness thereto and also the handwriting of Lemuel SUGG & Nathan CLARK other subscribing witnesses was proven by Henry JOHNSON and the same is ordered to be registered.
A deed from John EDWARDS to David WALTON for 100 acres of land was acknowledged in open Court and ordered to be registered.
Ordered by the Court that James SAWYERS and James SEAL Esqr do settle the account current of the estate of Hugh LATIMER dec'd with the ___ of said estate and report to next Court.
A deed from Henry GLISON to Cheadle HARRIS for 20 acres of land was acknowledged in open Court and ordered to be registered.
