Funeral Services for Mrs. Mary Wagner, 69 year old Amarillo resident, will be held at 2 o'clock this afternoon
from the Blackburn-Shaw memorial chapel. Dr. Earl G. Hamlett, pastor of the Polk Street Methodist Church, will
officiate. The body will be sent to Indianapolis IN for burial. Mrs. Wagner was a resident of many years here.
She was a member of the Methodist Church and resided with her daughters, Mrs. Bob Kesterson and Mrs. Fred Wheeler.
Also surviving are another daughter, Mrs. Howard Templeton of Indianapolis, and two sisters, Mrs. Minnie Keuhn
and Mrs. Emma Brock, both of Brookfield IN and two grandchildren, John Robert Wheeler and Fred Wheeler, Jr., Amarillo.
Pallbearers will be O.D Thompson, Carl Miller, Thad Ansley, M.E. Neely, E.L. Campbell and John Pittman. Submitted

R.A. (Bob) Kesterson, 64, owner-manager of Security Abstract and Title Co., 110 E. 3rd, died about 11:30 a.m. today
at his home, 2404 Parker. Kesterson apparently became ill earlier in the day. An ambulance was summoned to take
him to the hospital, but attendants said he was dead when they arrived. He was pronounced dead at the scene by
Potter County Justice of the Peace Cliff Roberts. Kesterson had lived in Amarillo since 1920. He graduated from
Amarillo High in 1921. He established the Security Abstract and Title Co. in 1941. Before that, he was employed
with the Potter County tax office. Kesterson was a member of the Kiwanis, Khiva Temple of the Shrine and Elks Club.
At Polk Street Methodist Church where he was a member of the board of stewards, and chairman of the board of trustees
an past president of the Methodist Board of Missions. He is survived by his wife, Margaret of the home. Services
are pending with Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Directors. Buried in Llano County TX. Contributed by Christine
