SUIT FILED FOR DIVORCE
Suit was filed in the District Court yesterday by James N. Stacey for divorce from Frances Helen Stacey. The complaint alleges that plaintiff and defendant were married in October, 1922, and that on or about February 20, 1923 defendant wilfully deserted and abandoned plaintiff. There are no children.
