Legrand, Nash
Richmond Enquirer, February 17, 1838 - Died, on the 10th inst, in Charlotte county, after a long and painful illness, Nash Legrand, Esq, formerly a member of the Executive Council of Virginia, and subsequently the U.S. Navy Agent at Norfork. Mr. L. was possessed of a strong understanding, and of many fine qualities. He was much beloved and respected, when he graced the social circles of this city. [Submitted by Dena Whitesell]
