Page 31 – 18 May 1789 – Ordered that the Overseers of the Poor for District #4 bind out Susanna Cross and Claiborne Cross, children of Elizabeth Cross, according to law.  Also Deveriux Inge, orphan of Charles Inge, deceased.

Page 32 – 18 May 1789 –Edward Perkins, orphan of Edward Perkins, deceased, chose William Eppes to be his guardian.

Page 50 – 15 June 1789 – Ordered that the Overseers of the Poor in District #2 bind out Drury Proctor, orphan of Thomas Proctor, deceased.

Page 87 – 20 August 1789 – Grey Briggs, Gent. is appointed guardian to Berryman Jones Hill, Richard Hill, Thomas Hill, Sarah Hill, Hannah Hill, and Polly Hill, infants and orphans of Richard Hill, deceased, to defend them at the suit of Mary Hill, widow and relict of the said Richard.
