The following Tracts of land lying in Greensville County, was sold at auction by Capt. Tom PANNILL yesterday at his auction house on Bank St..

- 1 tract known as Peeble's tract near Hicksford, was sold by George S. BERNARD, Commissoner, for $38.00 per acre- Tract included 375 acres.

- 1 tract of 575 acres, knowns as the Chariton property and also lying in the neighborhood of Hicksford, sold by Capt. R. G. PEGRAM, Trustee, to J. W. WALTON, for $1.75 per acre.

- 1 tract of 400 acres was sold by Capt. PEGRAm, trustee, for $2.10 per acre to Mr. George S,. BERNARD.
