German Emigrants---A party of emigrants, direct from Germany, arrived in the city a few days ago. There are four men and one woman in the party-all robust and fine-looking. They announce the purpose of settling near Campbell Court-house for the purpose of engaging in farming and the cultivation of the grape, and state that other parties will soon join them.
