Sale of Real Estate.- David D. M. Diggs, land agent at Gordonsville, Va.., has cleared his book of the following property recently:

Doctor's stand at Rochelle, Madison County, Va., belonging to E. G. Wayland, Esq., to Dr. George A. Sommers.
Also, village property and forty-seven acres of land at the same place, and belonging to said Wayland, to Mr. Elias Golder, of Pennsylvania, at $706.
Also, house and lot at Louisa Courthouse, Va., belonging to Mr. N. A. Terrell, of Charlotteville, Va., to Captain F. V. Winston of Louisa Courthouse, Va., at $900 cash.
