Governor White's Daughter Married
Charleston, Feb. 17. - West Virginia's executive mansion was the scene of a beautiful wedding last night at 8 o'clock, Miss Katharine Vaughan White, the eldest daugther of Gov. and Mrs. Albert B. White, becoming the bride of William Henry Wolfe, jr., of Parkersburg. The ceremony was performed by Rev. R. H Merrill, of the Kanawha Presbyterian Church. Maids of honor were Misses Grace and Ethel White, sisters of the bride. Judge Hunter H. Moss, of Parkersburg, was the groom's best man. The wedding party was preceded by six girl friends of the bride, Misses Bessie Potter, of Glens Falls, N. Y.; Alice Jenckes, of Newport, R. I.; Amy Kothe, of Indianapolis, Ind.; Virginia Snodgrass, of Parkersburg, and Jean Brown and Ashton Wilson, of Charleston. A reception followed the ceremony, which was largely attended.
