I Peter Fleshman of Monroe County and State of Virginia . . . to my wife Hannah Fleshman one third part of my Estate . . . for and during her natural life and after her Decease I give the same to my son John Fleshman . . . I give to my son Benjamin Fleshman . . . I give to my son Benjamin one dollar he having received his part . . . I give to my daughter Elizabeth one dollar she also having received her part . . . I give my above named son John the plantation whereon I now live containing two hundred acres . . . also one negro woman named Luce five head of horses fifteen head of cattle all my hogs sheep and live stock . . . all my money, all debts due to me . . . and further my son John is not to give or make presents of any part of the above devised estate to any person . . .
