"FAIRVIEW MAN DIES AT CHRISTIANSON RANCH

James C. Connor, 37, of Fairview died suddenly Saturday morning at the Ronald Christianson Ranch on Rock Creek. Mr. Connor, we understand, had not been well for some time.
Mr. Connor was running a small band of sheep on the Christianson Ranch in partnership with Ernie Beiberg. They were now in the midst of shearing. Mr. Connor had been in Circle Friday evening and while here had called his wife at Fairview over long distance phone. Coroner Chas. w. Yackney and Sheriff Sig Cusker, were called and went out to the ranch and brought the remains back to Circle.
The deceased leaves to mourn his departure, a wife and two children at Fairview. Remains were shipped to his former home at Buffalo, Wyoming for burial."

"Memorial services for Patricia Marie Gray, 63 year old Buffalo woman who passed away 27 Jan at the Johnson County Memorial Hospital, were held Jan 30 at 10 a.m. from the Big Horn Baptist Church with Rev Danny Francis officiating. The family requested that there be no flowers or memorial donations.
Patricia Marie Gray was born on 4 Nov 1925 in New York City, NY to William and Frieda Davis. She grew up and received her education in the east and later moved to Buffalo where she met and married James Connor on Christmas Day in 1946 in Buffalo and they made their home in Fairview, MT. Mr Connor passed away in 1951 and Pat moved back to Buffalo where she was married to Fred K Gray in 1953 in Buffalo. She was the activities director for  the Amie Holt Nursing home and volunteered her time at the nursing home, hospital and crippled children's center. She worked at the Buffalo Travel Center until she retired at the age of 62. She had continued to live in Buffalo until the time of her death. She traveled extensively thoughout the United States, visiting her family and friends.
She is survived by four sons, Anthony and Randy Gray of Seattle, WA, Robin Gray of Buffalo and Stephen Connor of Long Beach, CA; one daughter, Carolyn (Kari) Connor-Liechti of Denver, CO; one brother, William Davis Jr of Wading River, NY; two sister, Helen Hopkins of Englewood, NJ and Gloria Martin of New York City, NY and four granchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister."

"Fred P Gray Dies Sunday
Fred Powell Gray, 84, died Jan 23 at Sheridan Memorial Hospital
following an illness of about a week. Although he had been in ill health, his condition had become critical a few days ago.

Mr Gray was born 16 Sep 1870 in San Joaquin County, CA. He and his family came to Buffalo in a covered wagon in 1901. The deceased was a retired cattleman and a former Northern Wyoming Land Co foreman.

He is survived by his former wife, Elsie Gray; sons: Kenneth E and Claude Gray of Marysville, Ca; Harry Gray address unknown, Fred Gray of Buffalo, Larry Gray USAF in Baltimore, MD.; daughters: Mrs William Kostenbauer, Mrs Lee Duncan, Mrs Joe Bilbao, Mrs Lance Vanderhoef, Mrs Edward Pheasant all of Buffalo and Mrs Martin Hibbard of Hope, NM.

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 2 pm from the Wilson Funeral Home with the Rev S E Anspaugh officiating. Mrs Frank Seney sang two numbers: "Still, Still With Thee" and "In the Garden" accompaned by Mrs Gus Comte. Burial was in Willow Grove Cemetery with the following pallbearers: Harry L Johnson, Guy O Webber, Roy Lister, Harold Hobson, Bernt Johnson and E. K. Rubottom."

"Mrs Elsie Gray Dies Sunday in Sheridan Hospital.
A lifelong resident of Buffalo, Mrs Elsie Gray, 75, died Sunday Noon on Jan 24 in Sheridan County Memorial Hospital following an extended illness.

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon from the Adams Funeral Home with the Rev Barry Cox of the Congregational Church officiating. Burial was in Willow Grove Cemetery.

At the services Russ Miller sang "Nearer My God to Thee" and "It is no Secret" accompanied by Mrs Martin Camino at the organ.

Mrs Gray was born on Sep 8, 1889 at Kearney in Johnson County and had lived in Buffalo all her life. She is survived by six daughters: Beulah Kostenbauer, Viola Duncan, and Lola Pheasant of Buffalo, Irene Bilbao of Glenrock, Juanita Vanderhoef of Gillette and Edith Hibbard of Craig, CO; two sons: Larry and Fred Gray both of Buffalo; three sister: Rosa Olson, Lora Benson and Clara White all of Big Horn; one brother, Karl Hepp of Banner; 20 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Serving as pallbearers were: Edward Pheasant, Lance Vanderhoef, Joe Bilbao, Martin Hibbard, William Kostenbauer and Lee Duncan."
