Highland Cemetery

Casper, Natrona County, Wyoming

 

 

On each Memorial Day the members of Caspar Collins Camp decorate with flowers the graves of the soldiers who are interred in Highland cemetery, and they march out to theburial ground in a body where taps are sounded and a salute is fired over the graves of the departed veterans, a list of whom is herewith given:
